If you have skin that does not become irritated easily or breakout easily then this would be a good product. But for me, I have very sensitive skin and it caused me to breakout like crazy. The upside though, is it's not expensive and looks great after being applied. Just not for me I guess.

I tried Bare Minerals and was very unimpressed. Due to the great reviews people get from elf on their website and other places, I decided to give them a try. In the beginning I could care less about mineral make up after trying Bare Minerals and being disappointed, but when the 6 Free Mineral brush sale started I thought what the heck.
I am so glad I made the purchase! Let me just say, in my experience and from what I've heard, mineral make ups aren't the best for coverage no matter what you do if you have blemishes, and that applies to this product as well, but if you've used any other mineral make up and try this, you'll realize it's night and day like I did. Considering what you're working with, it has WONDERFUL coverage! Also, my skin seems much more 'happy' than when I was using heavy, cakey liquid foundation, and my blemishes have started clearing up and becoming few and far between in the week that I've been using this product. I have to say that the concealer does a GREAT job as well at covering blemishes, and the blush that came with my kit (I ordered Fair & it's spot on) is beautiful and a perfect match. Buy this with confidence! You'll love the natural look and great coverage that comes with this kit.

WOW! Let me start by saying I have always been a 'cover girl' since I was 12 and only recently developed an acne issue. I tried cleansers, make-up removers, acne treatments and nothing worked. I finally decided to try mineral make-up since it was the newest thing and it is all natural. I shopped around and found e.l.f at [@] then found this website. I bought this starter kit as a Christmas gift to myself and within a few days of use, my acne cleared up! I couldn't believe it! I still have the occasional pimple but I know to wear my e.l.f. make-up, and it goes away in a few uses. I am so happy with this product and tell everyone I know about it. Thank you e.l.f for making such a great product at a very affordable price!

I have very sensitive skin and was very pleased that i could use this product over my medicated skin care products. Its light weight and feels silky. The only issue i have is the fact that it does not match my skin tone. It makes me look chalky and ashey, especially the concealer. In order to make the product work, i have to use bronzer as well then blend. If the pigment were designed for women of coor as well, I would give it 5 stars easy!!!

It's good. I was worried about it not matching but I ordered light and it works fine. The only downside is that the brushes shed like crazy.

I use this product every day for a week and never had so much breakouts with a product. I have very sensitive skin and this is not something that really works for me I guest. Maybre with a no problem skin this wouldn't happen but for sensitive skin I don't recommanded it.

I actually use a moisturizer before applying, to help it stay on better. Its light weight and looks natural. My friends tell me it look like i wear almost no makeup at all. This foundation out of all my foundation has cause the least to no breakouts. Its AMAZING! I love. I take it with me to the gym, and after words apply it on. I feel fresh and refreshed.

I was given this as a gift and after I had considered buying it myself (before I received it) I wasn't sure because I read lots of things about it coming with hard brushes and drying out your skin and all and I have highly sensitive skin and very dry patches all over my face. I was very happy with the products! I don't know where they got the bit about "hard brushes" maybe I got lucky? mine were great. and it not only didn't irritate my dry skin it also covered the redness of it very well. while i find the blush wears of somewhat, I also don't apply much to begin with so that may be my problem.
In the end I would deffinetly buy this time and time again.

I love this set. It looks very natural and provides great coverage at the same time. It hides lines and wrinkles well, without looking cakey. Gives me a great natural glow. I've used more expensive brands, and this mineral makeup is even better!
