Cream Eyeliner is rated 4.3395 out of 5 by 1,579.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Product. I bought this on a whim because I generally don't use gel eyeliners, however a friend of mine said that this was the best liner she's ever used, so I figured I'd give it a try. Before this gel eyeliner, I've usually used mainly just liquid liners, but it would come to a point where no matter what I'd do, if I rubbed around my eye, or the day just went on, my liquid eyeliner would start to get cracks in it where you could see my skin through it, and then flake off. When I purchased this and opened it I was worried about it being a gel and just creating a gross crease when I opened my eyes or my skin becoming oily as the day progressed. However, when I do my liner, I use the E.L.F translucent setting powder over my liquid foundation, and then a rice powder over top of the setting powder just for a secure all day hold. This stuff doesn't budge at all, even to take off, sometimes it's a little harder that I want it to be, but honestly, I can't really complain about that. I also purchased the eyeliner brush from E.L.F to go with this, it has a bend at the end of the brush where the bristles are, and it's so easy to get the perfect cat eye with this. The only thing I will say, though, is that you really have to experiment what works for YOU. Everyone is different, but this is definitely worth the 3 bucks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great for Mature Wome I am 57 and when I use a pencil eyeliner, I get "skipped" areas. So my eyeliner would look like a dotted line. UGH! Yes, I take care of my skin.. but haven't gone for a face lift. I was in a hurry one morning on my way to school ( I teach) and stopped by Wal-Mart to grab a few things for a kindergarten project. As I was rushing by the make up aisle, the store had an E.L.F. display. This product caught my eye. I thought, "Hmmm.. wonder if this would work. Oh well, if not, I've only lost 3.00." So I grabbed it and ran. When I got to school, I took a minute to try it out. Wow.. so easy to apply. No dotted lines and I could outline my eye in any design I wanted. I wear contacts and it didn't irritate them at all which is a big plus. I was amazed by this product's quality so much I went after work and bought one more because when you are my age, if you find something that works, you never want to run out! Very creamy, easy to apply, and last until I take it off. I have actually gotten friends my age one as part of their Christmas gift.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from In Love I'm new to wearing makeup and usually wear liquid eyeliners. I got curious about cream eyeliners and bought a black one. I'm in love with it. It's great for the my inner eye/water line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS I ordered this last week when ELF had a 40% off sale and it came really fast. I had never used a cream/gel eyeliner before so when I opened it I was so excited to try it. The brush that comes with it is actually usable witch is nice. It is not runny at all and it is soft and you only need a dab on the brush and it glides on so nice and then it is easy to work with. If you mess up it is easy to wipe away with a damp q-tip. I also love that it sets so nicely and It doesn't come off during the day. but it comes off in the shower so I don't need to use makeup remover. Amazing quality. Why pay 7-20 dollars for a product that works the same as this?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good product This is a really good eyeliner, I'm use to using a liquid eyeliner which takes me awhile to apply, it comes in handy when I'm in a bit of a rush or just wanna fool with applying liquid eyeliner. the only problem I had with it is that I didn't get the brush that supposed to come with it. good thing I had a eyeliner brush on hand!
