When I was a teenager I used to pluck my eyebrows and went a little overboard. So I went on a hunt for products that could regrow eyebrow hair and came across this by accident. 2-3 days after using it I noticed a major difference and now? I have a hard time getting my brows to stay and look how I want them. I use the dark and it shapes my brows, adds a little color it lasts all day. It doesn't get crusty and looks great. It is better than wax, so easy to use. This is a grea buy!!

I bought this is dark, mainly for the 'treat' side. I have some minor over plucking issues and thought i would give this a try. I've been using it for about 6 weeks (i apply this every night) and would say that i have seen some regrowth. it has been slow but i can definitely tell a difference. i would say for [$] this is worth a try. i have used the 'tame' side a few time, but i get some product on a angled eye liner brush and use short quick strokes to fill in my brows- it does an ok job.

Okay so I bought this about 2 weeks ago. I have been using the treat side morning and night since then...the brush is very annoying to use and I really have not seen any difference. Also, the gel uns out quickly. It would be a little easier to have the mascara brush on the treat side. As for the tame, I agree the "dark" has red undertones like the medium and the brush is way too big! It is difficult to apply to eyebrows and I end up looking like i have red eyebrows. Also, I have noticed that within ten minutes if putting it on, the "tame" tends to clump and flake causing these little globs of product that look like little hairs! Not attractive!

I do like this product, I honestly do, but I don't love it, nor do I think of it as a holy grail item. I like that it is so easy to just brush some onto your brows and your done, which is what originally drew me to this product over the brow kit which is two steps. Overall I just feel that I have better results with the brow kit. As far as color goes my hair is dirty blonde and I use the light, perhaps consider adding some lighter colors for the lighter haired gals. My one complaint about this product and it is a big one, is the packaging, geez this packaging!!! Like pretty much everyone else, this product doesn't last long at all, not because of it drying out, but because the neck of the tube will crack and snap off, leaving for a big mess to clean up!

I got this in dark and it works for me. My eyebrows are dark brown and the tame side tints it just a bit to give it a nice brown color. Other reviews mentioned the dark having redish undertones, but I didn't notice it.

This is a great little eyebrow duo. I like that I can put the treatment on at night to help condition and thicken my once over-plucked brows. I've been using it a few weeks and I am starting to notice some new growth!

The tame portion works like any other brow tamer/gel. Unfortunately I chose the wrong color for my hair color. I have medium brown hair so I chose medium, but it is way too light for me. I'll probably repurchase this in the darker shade.

I was shocked when I opened the product. I ordered dark, as I have dark brown hair with gold highlights & brown eyes, The product looks like the medium color sample on the site not the dark sample.
They really need to improve the color samples on the site. With this product I am applying heavy to make it darker and it is working for me.

I loved this product at first. It was everything I wanted. After a while I began to notice how the "Dark" colour was tinted red, whereas I have almost black hair. It was simply too light. That would have been okay, except for the fact that the container was SO badly made that after about 2 weeks of use, when I was twisting the treat brush back in, the top of the bottle snapped off! I had been applying very little pressure, bu it broke like an eggshell. It really is too bad, because the Treat side is now unusable, and it was by far the best part of the product, as it really stimulated my brow growth.
Would not repurchase.

I LOVE the treat side of this product. It works well as a primer for when you apply your brow filler. Unfortunately, the "tame" side is not so good. It did not cover well and the "Dark" is almost a tan color.

I like this product but the colours are very deceiving. The dark looks dark on the box and online, but when you take it out of the box, it's pretty light actually. This is good for me because I don't have dark eyebrows, but after reading the reviews for this, I decided I should order the dark one. Glad I did. It's funny because in the Eyebrow Kit I am light, and this one I'm dark, and they both work on my eyebrows (they're essentially the same shade). I think ELF needs to work on making their shades more universal, in that all their products should be the shade they say they are. Dark should be dark in all the eyebrow products (not varying shades of brown or reds). Ivory should mean ivory in all the concealer shades (not varying degrees of yellow to almost white). And so on.
The formula is decent and doesn't fill in completely - just thickens my brows a bit for those days I'm feeling lazy. The treat side I've been using - can't say if I've noticed a difference yet. It'll be interesting to see if I notice a difference eventually. I'm not even sure what's in it that would make my eyebrows grow.

Not sure how the gel works since I applied it a few hours ago. But the tame stuff - at first I thought it was totally the wrong color, way too orangy, but it actually dried as a darker color. Doesn't work too well for me - I think this product is better for people who have eyebrows but want them darker - although mine are more blonde considering my dark hair color, they got shaved a little when I was a kid (LONG STORY.) and I use eyebrow stuff to fill it in. This stuff kinda just coats the existing hairs with the formula, turning them darker. So with this stuff, the fact that some of my eyebrow is missing just becomes more apparent lol.

The grooming side is great, but I ordered the darkest one, and i have darkish eyebrows, and it doesn't cover at all! WAY TOO LIGHT. This could only be used on people with very fair hair.

I bought the "dark", but it is incredibly too light. I have dark brown eyebrows, and this "dark" is a light brown. I can see every light brown streak in my eyebrows. Will definitely not buy again. Only buy if you have light hair!

I bought this in medium. Thankfully, my hair has red tones to it. The medium was a lot lighter than the neutral brown color I use normally but it still worked really well with my hair color and skin tone (medium with gold and yellow undertones) Like pretty much everyone else says, I would say go a shade darker than you think you need...

Other than that, I love this. It sets your brows pretty well and I'm hopeful that the "treat" side of this will help my overplucked brows to grown in a little bit nicer.

The product it's self was good, but the color selection very small. I have blond hair and the light shade was too dark for me and a bit red too. I really hope they had more selection, because I also noticed they don't have a black hair shade or a color for really red hair. I really like the treat side.

For such a low price, I thought I'd give this a try. I was only expecting to use the treatment side. For some reason, people think the clear gel is a taming gel and that the mascara wand isnt in the right side, but the clear gel has a little brush to brush on the treatment against your skin. I have medium dark brown hair and the darkest shade was too light. I dont like the consistency of the tame side, but the mascara-like wand wasnt to hard to handle if you control it well.

Overall, I recommend this because it 100% DID help thicken my sparse thinning eyebrows after almost a month and I am still seeing resuts.

I got the medium after reading other reviews that said to buy a shade darker. I'm really glad I did! I usually spend [$] on a different brand of brown gel. This stuff is just as good. My only complaint is that the medium has a redish tint to it. It works for me since my hair does have a slight redish tint but I would have prefered it to just be brown.

I LOVE this product. I have brown or dark gold hair, but I had blonde hair as a child, and my eyelashes and eyebrows are still blonde. They are far too sparse and light! Sometimes they look even sparser than they really are because of how light they are. This product takes care of EVERYTHING. The "treat" side has slowly made my eyebrows thicker and darker with nightly use, and I haven't even gone through the whole tube yet. The "tame" side darkens all those light little hairs I usually can't find and it makes my eyebrows look right and completely natural. I can't thank you enough for this product, ELF! I got so sick of being asked, "Did you have a plucking accident??" when people would see me without eyebrow filler. This is awesome!

I actually purchased this for a male friend looking to find something to cover the gray in his eyebrows. It worked like magic! It covered every gray hair on his eyebrows. He was tickled pink with it, and it was very easy to apply. The only downside was that the color (we got medium brown) was like more of a reddish brown. It worked for him, because he has reddish highlights in his dark hair, but may not work on someone with an ashier hair color. He has no use for the other side, but he has ben using it as a gel to hold his eyebrows in place, and says it works well for that.

Love this product!! I've had issues with my eyebrows for years. I've always felt they don't look how I would like them to. This product makes them look perfect. The Treat has made hair grow in my thin areas, and the Tame makes my brows full and evenly colored. I really like this, but the colors are just too light! I have dark brown hair so I ordered the dark, when I got it in the mail I thought it was a mistake because it looked to dark in the tube, but I tried it on anyway and it was to light. I think this would be good for people with blonde or light brown hair because if you have deep brown or black hair, forget about it. I do use the clear gel that's suppose to make your eyebrows grow and that's okay it has a little tingling sensation so I guess that means it's working

After the review in Lucky, I got this product right away! The tame works great. It grooms and shapes the brows easier than anything i've used before.

If a lil smudges on your lid, just let it dry a lil bit and it comes right now with a tiny wipe.

One of my eyebrows were sparse towards the end. Using the "treat" really worked! My eyebrows are evened out now.

This stuff last all day long too! My hair covers the end of my right brow. using other products, I noticed by the end of the day the ends of my brows wouldn't be filled in anymore.

One con...The "tame" twist part broke. I thought I smashed it in the drawer, but I just read that happend to someone else too. Now im lost, because I don't know what I'm going to use for my eyebrows now. I've been spoiled by the treat and tame!

I usually use clear mascara on my brows for everyday, and the Studio eyebrow kit or eyebrow powder if I need more definition. I thought this was an interesting and easy alternative to clear mascara. The product in "Tame" seems dry, and the wand is too big to have good control, and also very hard. The color is ok, I'm Asian and bought Dark, and the result was very natural looking. The product in "Treat" is very gooey and I personally don't like the way it feels on my brows. This is a good backup product though to throw in the purse.

This is much too light. I have dark brown hair so I bought the dark version and that is not nearly dark enough. It does darken up a bit as it dries but not enough. I end up looking like I have grayish-brown eyebrows. Looks very unnatural. Also, the wand is too big. It is the size of a mascara want but eyebrows are no where near that wide. That makes it easy to touch the tip to your skin and smudge the brow color on your face.

I can't say much about the "Treat" part since I've got naturally thick and fast-growing brows to begin with.

However, I do love the "Tame" half! When it comes to my brows, I try and keep them as natural as possible, since messing with them changes the way your face looks so much.

The usual powder and pigments always make them too dark, and in the wrong color (I'm Asian with black hair) but this stuff gives it a little more color but doesn't go overboard, keeps the hairs where I want them to go, and is easy to take on/take off. Simplicity at its best.

This and the eyebrow lifter and filler work well together.

The color (dark) is perfect for darker brunettes. It's a bit tricky to apply, as the mascara wand is WAY too big for the brows. But, good color, and the tamer helps make the color less clumpy and smooths out the color.

okay so i thought elf eyebrow kit was my fav for eyebrows, but now I change my mind...i love elfs treat and tame! I bought dark its more of a medium brown color, so if you expecting black this is not for you. Also, the applicator on the tame side puts on way too much color (its like a mascara wand) and doesnt look natural, so I use elf studio angled brush to apply it and BAM, nice natural looking eyebrows that last all day. I dont know it the treat side helps grow my eyebrows yet...but the treat also helps keeping my eyebrows in place. Overall, i love it and would buy it again and again!

I'm not sure about this product yet. I haven't been using it long enough to know if the TREAT section is doing the trick or not. I've used brands like the Anastasia Brow Regrow before. Expensive products and those don't really work. I'm not an over plucker I just have sparse eyebrows to begin with, so finding a product can be hard.

The TAME section will take some getting used to. I'm fair skinned, my hair is natural dark blond and my eyebrows are actually black, but not thick. So matching a brow shade is next to impossible. I choose the medium thinking dark might be black as mascara. I think I might have been able to get get away with the dark though. The medium shade is a little rust tinted when it first goes on, blends a little more after it dries, but with thiner definition like my brows - too light can cause even sparser looking ridges!

I love this stuff! My eyebrows are very light colored, especially from the center to the ends- the Eyebrow Treat & Tame is perfect to highlight them just enough and not make them look pencilled in or anything- it looks entirely natural, which is what I want since I don't wear eye-makeup at all, but hated having "no" eyebrows!

I just got this today and tried it right away. I've been looking for something to hold down stray hairs and this combo does the job. I got the dark and it works well with my gray/black eyebrows. I'd been using an Almay gray brow pencil and I like this so much more. It's more natural and it tames the hair that refuses to lay down. Gray hair is coarse and hard to tame but this did it really well. For a $ you can't go wrong with it. The dark is a dark brown. No discernible smell and applies well even at first try. It's been 4 hours since I applied it and it's still on and hairs are still behaving :) My brow pencil was off and running after an hour. As far as making brows grow more hair, time will tell.

I bought the medium shade and the picture was darker than the color is in real life. The mascara wand did not distribute the product evenly and the product was practically dried out. The repair gel was good though, kept my hairs in place.

I love this !!! It's perfect for me. I have fair skin but dark hair and very "sparse" eyebrows. I don't like drawing my eyebrows on with pencils because I think it makes me look too wierd or fake. This product makes my brows look more *lush* without being waxy or too dark and makes them more realistic. I bought the dark shade and it's perfect. It looks really light in the tube, but after it dries its much darker. I'm not sure if the treat side works yet, but for the great cost the tame side is worth it.

I'm VERY satisfied with this product and I just got it in the mail yesterday. To comment on the other reviews, there is an issue with the shade, but I got around that. I'm half Lebanese and though I have very dark hair my eyebrows are black. I purchased the "Dark" shade, and as some have complained, it is very light for a dark shade. However, once it dries it is a bit darker and does hold your eyebrows in place all day. After applying it, I used the ELF eyebrow brush to help blend and distribute the product more evenly. I first applied the treatment before the taming side, and it's obviously too soon to tell whether or not that side works.

I got this product to achieve fuller, natural looking eyebrows, especially as I've overplucked in the past and have been trying forever to grow them back. I think this little tool does the trick, and if you're thinking about it but concerned about the shade I totally reccomend giving it a try!

I would highly recommend this product. I have always used Bobbi Brown's eyebrow treatment but absolutely love this product. The only somewhat negative thing I have an issue with is the treatment has a reddish tint to it so I do need the medium color.

I didn't like the wan very much but it did a good job in shaping and treating the eye brows. However, the product only lasted for two weeks, because I was trying to close the container tightly and ended up breaking the container. I was just trying to seal the liquid part completely =(

I just got done trying this for the first time. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to put the color on right over the treatment side, but I did. It still hasn't dried, but maybe I wasn't using it appropriately.
Anyway I just wanted to write this review to help people with the color. I got the "dark." My hair is medium-dark brown and this color is still a little too light. I read similar reviews before buying so went with the darkest (I was gonna go with medium!). If you have chocolate or darker brown hair, this will probably be too light for you (depending on what you want the end result to be). Also the color is a little taupe-y...if you have red tones in your hair, your eyebrows might look yellowish by contrast.
Well by the end of writing this, the color stuff has dried. It looks OK, but I'd recommend running through your eyebrows with a dry eyebrow brush to break things up a little.

I have always used clear mascara on my brows. I don't pluck them as they have always been nice and shapely but I wanted to try a product like this one. I am blonde so the lightest shade is too dark even for me. I was a bit confused as to whether or not I use the Treatment first, then the Tamer. The treatment doesn't seem to keep eyebrows in place. I will try to use this product some more and see how it turns out.

I use this product to fill in my eye brows after using the pencil. It provides a nice finish coat. Once dry, I use the gel to set it. There is a lot of product in the tube so just make sure the wand does not have too much colored brow gel on it or your eye brows will look like there is make up caked on them. I am on a constant quest to perfect my uneven light eye brows and I have tried many expensive and inexpensive products. This one is pretty decent for the cost.

I loved this. I don't know how well it is helping my eyebrows grow in but, I do use it occasionally to fill in the sparse parts and it is easy to apply, goes on well and doesn't look over done, caked up or fake.

I love that the product is super-fast to apply. It also adds volume to my fairly skimpy eyebrows, and the color (the lightest) is neutral and natural.

I bought the darkest shade thinking that it would work but it is obviously made for Brunettes and not Chinese Asians with black brows.

The overall product was good, but there aren't enough colors to really find one that's right for an individual. I bought the medium color and it was WAY too carmel brown looking. The darker one was pretty much black. I think there needs to be more shades and it would be a better product.

I was a little concerned that the tint would be too light; however, it is the perfect tint. Very easy to use.

This is really great for filling out thin eyebrows. I would suggest buying a shade darker than you normally would but, other than that, this product is wonderful for enhancing the look of your eyebrows.

I like this product, however, the light color is actually MUCH lighter than it appears on the website, so beware, you may actually need a darker shade. I can't wait to get one that's the right color!!

This is great. However, if you have really dark brows like mine (mine are black) then this will not be dark enough for you. Even the "dark" on is for someone with brown hair. I wish I could use it because it works very well.
