I have dark brown hair.. and I use the medium eyebrow kit. I use the wax part of the kit everyday, but I don't use the setting powder at all. The setting powder doesn't match the color of my eyebrows, and I can't think of anyone who would have eyebrows that color. I wish ELF sold the wax separately, because I love that part of this kit. I never use a setting powder on my brows. The wax works great by itself.
ELF, if you read this please think about making the eyebrow wax in a compact by itself... I would get so much more use out of it. THANKS!!

I bought this kit in dark and I absolutely LOVE it. This was a great buy and I prefer this over pencils. The color is perfect for my brows (I am MAC NC/NW 45)and lasts all day. I do not use the powder but the gel is FANTASTIC and looks just like hairs when used with the provided brush. I use this with ELF's concealer for perfect brows!

This product is GREAT for creating a sophisticated and clean looking brow. I am VERY picky about my eye brows, and have been searching for a good product. I purchased a powder like brand from [@]and was not happy with it. It smudges and doesn't fill in well. This kit was only a few dollars, and it is amazing. I'll never buy anything different!

If I don't wear any other make up I will always use this. This product is amazing and I love it. My eyebrows aren't as full as I want them to be, but with this product I can fake it by coloring them in with the wax and powder. For the wax side, I only apply that to my eyebrows once so that they don't come off looking too dark once I apply the powder.Also, I wax and pluck my eyebrows prior to using this product because for me it looks better on groomed eyebrows, but to each his own. Anyway, the only way this product will go on heavy is is you put too much wax and powder on your eyebrows. Use it in moderation and you'll be fine.

I am so picky about my brows and I absoultely love this! Its looks sooo natural. I have dark brown hair and I got it in the medium brown color. The color matched well. I will be ordering online soon and I also want to try the darker shade. It goes on easily and lasts all day. This is my new fav must have product!

I ordered the kit in light, after debating between that and ash, because my hair is naturally darkish blonde but almost washed out looking. I wound up purchasing a brow pencil in taupe from Wet n' Wild in the meantime because I was just dying to color my eyebrows and see how I like it. I loved how the pencil worked and started thinking the kit I ordered might be too dark. However, I just got my order in, tried it, and it works beautifully. It's not too dark, and it blends well for the right amount of color. I probably prefer the kit over the pencil because I'd rather use an applicator than a pencil, but that's my personal preference. I have just recently started doing my eyebrows, and I found it very easy to learn to use!

I love this product. It's great and I use it everyday. Though, I must admit, I have only really used the creamy side (the dark one). I think the powder setter is too light for my skin tone (im latina) so I use a darker brown eyeshadow instead and works great. Here's a picture of me using this product.
Hightly recommended.
