Comments about elf Cosmetics Cream Eyeliner:
Okay, so I'm in a school program for learning about cosmetology. I had to pick two different types of brands and compare them. One that does test on animals and one that doesn't. One that is on the expensive side and one that's cheap and affordable. I picked ELF as my cheap and affordable and friendly to the furry animals (; Let me just say...That I have fallin in love with this Gel Liner. It goes on smooth, stays, and is really dark and bold.

I love love love this eyeliner. I have it in coffee and it looks great with my blue eyes. It leaves a nice streak free line of color and the color lasts all day! The color doesn't budge even if I accidentally rub my eye a little. Also, I was surprised that the liner is pretty easy to remove. I need to repurchase and will consider purchasing other colors.

Comments about elf Cosmetics Cream Eyeliner:
Mine arrived hard as a rock; it fell out of the container in one dry chunk. I messaged them for a replacement, and was sent another dry one (so now I have two dried out ones, yay. >.< ) BUT I was able to mix it with a bit of vaseline. It is a little bit messy and it sounds weird, but it actually worked for me. I would recommend using it with some eyelid primer to make sure it stays. I thought the color payout was actually pretty good, and i do use it a lot now that I have made it useable.

Comments about elf Cosmetics Cream Eyeliner:
The black and brown colors are creamy, & darkly pigmented. They deserve 5 stars. Copper & Metallic Olive are a disaster. They are dry, crumbly and hard to work with. You cant fix them with water either. They are a completely different product. Punk purple, in the jar looks bright, but it goes on like a muted plumb. Horrible color payoff. Teal Tease is gorgeous, vibrant and creamy. Gold is creamy, and decent color pay off. I highly recommend Teal, Black, Brown & Gold. It's super easy to screw the lids on slightly askew and dry out your liner. Look at the jar from the side and make sure every thing is square before putting it away.

Comments about elf Cosmetics Cream Eyeliner:
I bought this cream eyeliner in both "black" and "teal tease". The little mini brush that came with it did not work very well for me as I have a monolid and require a smaller brush. So, I bought studio small smudge brush for a more precise application.
The black goes on very smooth and it is easy to apply and it truly looks creamy, smooth, and just really awesome when you first put it on. However after ~4(ish) hours, it starts to crease, which usually isn't a problem for me because I dont have oily skin. If you use it, it would be smart to use a primer first or only use it for when you're running short errands or going out for a couple hours.
The teal goes on very light so I usually put on 2 layers for it to get the effect I want. Because I usually wear thick liner (sigh~ monolid...), some people mistook it for eyeshadow. The teal does not crease on me and it is a gorgeous colour. Whenever I wear it, I get so many compliments :D.
Both colours of this eyeliner are starting to dry up now, suggesting this probably all of these eyeliners will. It has been 6 months since I bought them so it's to be expected. All in all, it's a great eyeliner for it's price. I think I am going to purchase the "metallic olive" some time soon.

Comments about elf Cosmetics Cream Eyeliner:
I always have some sort of struggle with eyeliners, but so far this one has been wonderful. I have fairish skin with yellow undertones, brown eyes, and auburn hair. I ordered copper because it looked like it would compliment my features and would look natural enough to wear to work. In person, the copper actually has much less of the red tones that appear in the product's picture. It's more brown, but with gold, metallic tones. I was slightly disappointed in that. But, I was still impressed with the color once I applied it to my eyes.
At first, too, I thought that my container of eyeliner was dried up like many of the other containers that reviewers had recieved. But thankfully it wasn't. I think it just needed to be worked with and warmed up a bit. I used the included eyeliner brush to apply it. The liner went on VERY easily. No tugging like I have to do with so many other eyeliners. And much to my surprise, it lasted ALL day. Very, very minimal smudging. On the way to work, I was laughing hysterically and slightly tearing up at something playing on the radio. I was scared that I was going to smudge my liner, but once I got to work and checked it, it hadn't budged. Needless to say, I'm impressed and I'll definitely be using this liner on a regular basis!

Comments about elf Cosmetics Cream Eyeliner:
I'm only reviewing the Black since I don't have any other shade (sadly).
Smooth and easy to apply, but not extra creamy and might be harder than some to get a super smooth application.
Jar stays smooth for a good amount of time.
An intense black that stays on for a long time.
I would use it on hot days because for me it's either a cream liner or liquid, and on a hot day a liquid would melt right off.
I use an angled liner brush, that works like a charm with this.
I noticed the little brush it comes with is good for beginners, but the bristles are too thick and too long to get a precise, thin, crisp line, but I wouldn't blame the product because of a brush.
