This is the first time I've ever owned concealer, needless to say I've watched very many tutorials online with the makeup style I like and after watching the videos, I really expected for this concealer to go on smoothly instead of patchy. You really have to layer it to build a desirable coverage. When it's timeto blend it out, I put some foundation on my stippling brush to help the process or it would never blend right. For someone on a budget this was a good buy. I purchased all 3 palettes and use them to contour my face. I would purchase again.

I never expected concealer to be this cakey upon application. I even warmed up the product using my fingers before putting it on, and used sparingly but the result was the opposite of what I expected. It comes in a sleek package, but because it did not conceal well I will not repurchase. ELF has many great products, so I hope they work to improve the formula of this concealer.

I was so excited to get this product in the mail, I was on the hunt for a good concealer and loved the idea of the sleek quad. Unfortunately, I was majorly disappointed. It is wayyy to dry and wayyy to cakey. I have tons of elf products and generally LOVE them all. This was the single only product I literally threw in the trash after like 2 days. It's that bad. I love the concept, just needs a new formula. It's not usable :( nice clor selection, but when swatched they are caked up and thick and dry. Almost old feeling. Considering that I love this line, it's gonna take a lot more than one bad product to keep me from ordering elf!

Some people say its great, but when i got it, and swatched it on my hand, the consistency was greasy, it wasnt creamy at all, the colour didnt stay on my hand. It didnt feel like it was concealer. Very disappointed. I would never repurchase this ever again...

The concealer is too dry that my finger could not grab any. The brush is quite useless and splits at first use. The colors are too orange, they only work for dark circles. The texture is really poor and cant cover anything so I am only going to use it too prime my lids. The only pro is the price of it is really cheap..

I got this in medium, and it was WAY darker than I figured it would be. But I can hardly let that affect my opinion of the product - it was my fault. Also, it's not beyond use, it'll be perfect in the summer. I'm considering buying this in Fair so I can mix the colors, seeing as to how Fair seems to be on the pinker side. And that's the purpose of the palette - to mix! So, aside from the minor color problem, this product is AMAZING. It has the potential (although I've never experienced this problem) to dry out your skin, especially if your skin is susceptible to this problem. Although your skin would have to be REALLY dry to have this problem. It's pretty creamy on my skin, but just enough. As far as staying power, when I swatched this on my hand (even after I blended it out) I had forgotten about it and left it on all day. It looked EXACTLY how it did when I first put it on. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

As for the brush included, it's too small for big jobs like under eye circles (I just use a clean ring finger) but perfect for small areas such as blemishes and hard to reach areas. So I typically use my other concealer brushes (any ol' Elf concealer brush will work) as opposed to the brush included.

So I bought the lightest palette, and I'm a big concealer person ( bad circles, and trouble skin). I had trouble with this because it is SO thick that it takes a lot of effort to blend into your skin, which makes me concerns that i'm putting to much stress on the eye area and whatnot. If you do not place a powder over it (especially under the eyes, it will crease, even if fine lines aren't a problem for you). And even sometimes with powder, throughout the day it creased in my smile lines. The problem with it when concealing on blemishes is that it got darker as the day went on, making the marks more noticeable on my face. It was a little embarrassing. I really wish this concealer was better because the packaging is really handy, especially for someone like me who likes to haul around makeup, just in case (: Oh well

I had high expectations from this product. So when I received it I was really excited to use it. But then I use it and I was sorely disappointed. The product is not "soft." I had to really press my finger down and rub it hard back and forth to get the product on my finger. It can be really cakey after a few hours of putting it on. This product was not good at all.
