I got this in the summer catch collection, so I can't really complain about a free product. The smell is so weird. It is almost fishy, but not quite. I'm sure you could find a different one that doesn't stink. I haven't put it on my face because of the smell, but I've used it on my elbows. It works fine.

I have oily, acne prone skin. But if I don't keep it moisturized, especially my lips and jaw line, I get very dry and it hurts like heck. I like natural, simple stuff for my face, like coconut oil, etc.

this is great. I put it on and didn't look 'wet' or greasy. It absorbed quickly and left my skin feeling wonderful for a few hours later.

I have not tried it under foundation yet, but I think it'll work nice under my (very drying) BB cream!

I saw a popular beauty guru rave about this product, so I purchased it almost immediately. I don't know if I got a defective product or what the deal is, but my stick wasn't moisturizing at all.

I followed her directions and set my finger on the product for a minute to help the product heat up, so it was easier to spread. That worked somewhat, but as soon as I put it on my skin - it was dried up. It was NOT moisturizing at all.

Like I said, maybe I just got a bad stick, but this was an awful product for me.

So it felt very refreshing and moisturized . Yet I had only worn it for one day and I already have red acne spots all over my face where I had applied it grosses me out. I will stop using this now definitely. Although I am glad for most out you it has seemed to work.

I LOVE this product but the PARABENS! PLEASE take them out D: I want to use this product (I use to) but after I found out there are parabens in this, i stopped using it :/ If the parabens were taking out I would re-purchase many times and use it daily :D

I love love love E.L.F. products... this one unfortunately dries out my skin. It feels amazing going on, but an hour later my face is flaky and really dry.

This product is advertised as a "gel". I would no call it a gel. It has the consistancy of a glue stick. When you first apply it, it feels like you are using a glue stick on your face and is kind of sticky. I used it primarily on my face, and I had to wait for five to ten minutes to let it sink in and the stickiness go away. The moisturizer I was using before was only a dollar more, so I'll probably go back to that. This product definitely moisturizes, but I just don't like the consistancy. Another product I would recommed is their Essentials Tinted Moisturizer ($1). For that price, I just bought two.

I will keep this nearby to use on the tops of my hands when they feel dry. I didn't care for it for use on my face ~ seemed to "drag" across the skin.

I think the explanation for mine smelling so horribly is that the oils went rancid and to replace it would be my only option. I don't think I will, this was my first one and it was rancid straight out of the packaging!

This moisturizing stick goes on smoothly and makes skin soft but does not last very long. I use mainly on my elbows and have to reapply several times per day. I like that there is no smell. The tube is convenient and easy to carry but, on my tube, the top does not fit securely.
