Well first off. I love the smell of the plumper. i just love the plumper, other then the burning... the primer on the other hand sucks. its drying, makes me look dead. horrible color.
I would buy again if it was plumper only.

It kind of burned the two times i've used it. But it does do what it says it does, and makes your lips appear bigger and more attractive.

I did not enjoy this product at all. When I first got it both the primer and plumper broke off so it was difficult to appy. The only way I could still use it was if I used a brush and I did not like the idea becuase the whole reason why I purchased it was for convenience and for easy application. I also never realized how much I did not like cinnamon until I got this product

I will never put the plumper side again. IT BURNED! I will how ever use the primer side pretty much once a week. It is ok as a primer. It works even better if you mix it with a pigment.

You do this buy getting enough of the primer on your hand that will cover your lips. Then the colour you want on you lip brush. Mix both together on your hand using the lip brush. Then use the lip brush to put on your new shade. I made a BRIGHT green lip colour this way. Do not know why I needed birght green other then the fact that I could do it.

I received my first ELF order this week and haven't used everything yet, but the Lip Primer and Plumper is definitely a keeper! I put too much primer on my lips the first time and it clumped bad. Next time I used a very small amount and it worked much better. Kept my lipstick on for most of the day. I LOVE the cinnamon taste of the plumper and it works well. Can't beat the prices on this website and the specials. I will be a repeat customer, for sure.

Great product! I usually like to have my lips a nude colour daily (unless I go with a strong red or purple). The primer is great because it takes all the pink out of my lips and makes glosses and lipsticks pop a lot more! Whatever I put over the primer stays on for much longer than without. I've only used the plumper a few times but I enjoy the smell and the glossy look!

I didn't need the primer but its alright, i really liked the plumper, it burns like a mother effer but that means its workinng! beauty is pain and this works. But when i dropped it it broke :(

I love the primer side; it neutralizes my lip color so the lipstick/lipgloss pops up, it leaves my lips with a smooth look, and it fills the lines on my lips making them look full. The plump/cinnamon side burns my lips making them FEEL like they have exploted so I went to the mirror very excited to see my new Angelina Jolie look, but same old me! :)
