Comments about elf Cosmetics Pressed Powder: Ive had mine for a week and a half now and I love love love it! I had watched some reviews on youtube for this product while I was waitin for it to get here and they all said it was chalky and messy and didn't match their skin tone, but I found that it went on easily, it looked natural (which is awesome), and it feels velvety smooth! It also blends perfectly with my natural skin tone (I'm pretty pale so I bought it in sand). Pros
Cons Best Uses Comments about elf Cosmetics Pressed Powder: This was a great product to buy expessially since im only starting makeup for my face. I have a lot of acne marks and with the foundation and this, it makes my face look like im acne free!!! <333 I hope they never discontinue this! The only thing is that it only goes on well with a brush which isnt actually that bad though. Pros

Comments about elf Cosmetics Pressed Powder: It is an amazing product BUT its more creamier than a pressed powder. You cant apply it with a powder brush because as you swipe it once, the powder will break and fall off everywhere. there is VERY little amount of product, it would last me 2 weeks if i were to use it everyday! Comments about elf Cosmetics Pressed Powder: Okay, so i bought this product expecting it to be kinda a piece of [*]. BUT ITS AMAZING. Ive tried so many different powders... some too cakey, some dont cover shine, some too heavy. But this is just perfect. I dont have flawless skin but this gives me a beautiful airbrushed finish! :D Pros

Comments about elf Cosmetics Pressed Powder: When I bought this, I bought it with ELF's Studio Powder Brush... Because I had this new brush, I didn't use the applicator that this comes with. I loved this powder so much! I didn't understand why people were saying that it caked on or went on too heavy. Then I tried using the sponge or whatever that this thing comes with... and I understood. It made the color look unnatural, it caked on, etc. So basically, this is an AMAZING powder if applied with a brush... and a horrible one if applied with the sponge thing. Pros

Comments about elf Cosmetics Pressed Powder: I was excited to buy this product, but when I got it I wasn't impressed. It's VERY messy and has a lot of fallout. This porcelain color looks like more of a yellow than any natural skin tone too. I wouldn't buy again. Pros

Comments about elf Cosmetics Pressed Powder: Use this to cover up small blemishes and scars and as an all over face powder. Love the feeling of it on my skin - super soft and silky - and how well it blends and looks natural. Kind of messy though, one swipe with a brush sends powder flying. Included sponge is useful for touch ups and spot coverage, especially when you get it wet before applying product. GO ONE SHADE LIGHTER ON THIS ONE! I thought I'd be a caramel, but thanks to other gals' reviews, I went with Buff and matches my skin tone exactly, even though it doesn't look like it online or in the pan. I like it way better than my Clinique pressed powder which is 10X the price. Pros

Comments about elf Cosmetics Pressed Powder: I must say that I love ELF makeup. I have very light skin, so it's hard for me to find a powder light enough. I do love this powder, but it cakes up quite a bit, you have to use it lightly. Even when using it lightly it doesn't last long. Normally when I buy foundation it can last me anywhere from 4-5 months. This one last almost two. Also, I'm use to buying porcelain makeup, and this one is a bit darker than what other porcelain makeups I've bought, so if you order offline consider that. I have pretty normal skin, and it worked fine for me. I would recommend this to some of my friends, but I wouldn't recommend it to someone with sensitive skin, or skin that breaks out easily. Pros

Comments about elf Cosmetics Pressed Powder: I use this over my elf essential tinted moisturizer. My skin is normal with a tad bit of dry skin. It's great! However it can cake up, you just need to use it sparingly. I don't have any complaints other than it can cake up, but that doesn't happen to me because I know how to use it. I recommend looking up swatches on google to avoid buying your wrong shade, because that happened to me. Which resulted in me in having to make another purchase, this time buying my right shade. Overall it's amazing! I am SO buying again! Pros

Comments about elf Cosmetics Pressed Powder: I love this product I gotta say it replaced my Mac. I have combination skin and I say I just gotta re apply a little after like 6 hours on my T zone where it most oily, Blends well with my skin and look great same as my Mac but two of these equals one of my Mac studio fix pressed powder but Im still saving $20. Its great cause its compact fits anywhere. The only thing is that it works best with a sponge one like the one Mac comes with but you can buy some anywhere for cheap the one it comes with will not work well. I love this!! Definetly replaces my Mac studio fix pressed powder not just because of the price but because of the quality and coverage for me its same coverage Displaying reviews 1-10 Previous | Next » |
