This is a good product in that I got it for super cheap during a promotion. However, it is extremely hard to open - I literally cannot do it without putting a coin or similar object and twisting it. It is impossible to do with my hands. My other complaint is that no two eye colors apply the same. Some you can just BARELY touch it with a brush and you will get more than you need for both eyes combined. Others, you have to brush several times just to get enough pigment for one eye. It's hit and miss, and has made for some very aggravating mornings. I also find that the lip colors are difficult to apply because they don't pick up on the lip brush easily. Also, I have not been able to close it with the brushes in side unless using the plastic piece that the blush brush is shipped with, otherwise its normal (unrestricted) size is too large for the case to close without damaging it.
All in all, I would not recommend this as it is extremely frustrating. The colors, when you learn the pseudo-science of them, are colorful though.

I bought this palette for traveling but end up placing it on my bathroom countertop for daily use. What I love about this palette are the eyeshadows selection and pigmentation, also the blushes and bronzers. I do not like the lip glosses; they are dry and hard to apply. Also, my case is hard to open; I need to use a little spatula to get it open.

This palette is beautiful! I saw E.L.F holding a sale on this item, 90% off, so i just HAD to get this! And i 'm so glad i did! The colors are vibrant and lovely, and there are so many! I've heard that the bristles on the face brush sheds, but i guess i 'm just lucky, because mine doesn't, and it all works so well!

I really recommend this set, the colors are extremely pretty and there are a variety of eyeshadow colors. I would suggest that you use an eye primer before applying the eye shadows, other wise they may not last long. The eye shadow can be very messy if you are not careful. Try it out!!!

i actually received this as a gift with purchase at a store. It's branded under the store's name but I know ELF when I see it. Great colors, lots of choices for every day use and a nice satiny finish. Was skeptical about the bronzers at first but pleasantly surprised. The glosses and face brush are bleh but I wasn't expecting the entire kit to be perfect. The shadows, blushes, and bronzers more than make this a great buy.
