Rated 5 out of 5 by Allie424 from Love this brush This little liner brush works great for creating a fine line that looks natural and isn't too dramatic. Somedays you want the cat eye and somedays you don't- this is perfect for the days ?you don't. I will be using this a lot!! Works greatly with the elf cream eye liner.?

Rated 3 out of 5 by YYaWannaNO from The brush is "nice" Nothing about this angle makes this brush easier to use IMO. Don't get me wrong, it's a decent brush for lining but I don't think it's any better than my Sephora liner brush. The hairs on this thing are pretty stiff, which may or may not work for you. Had no problems applying my gel liner. All in all for 3 bucks it's a keeper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by shmur from Perfect to use with the elf cream eyeliner! I love the design of this brush, t's so easy to use and now is the only brush I use for eyeliner, specifically the elf cream eyeliner. The tip is thin and allows you to be very precise as well. LOVE this brush!

Rated 1 out of 5 by akPhilly from Unimpressed with this brush I figured this brush would make it easier to apply gel liner, but personally I find it makes it more difficult. The fact that it's angled makes it so when I apply it, it's just too straight-on & my lashes get in the way, if that makes any sense. I tried turning it on it's side to use, but with the angle it just makes it too awkward. Now in all fairness, that may just be a personal preference, but regardless, the bristles kind of got all splayed after only a few uses, & now I can't use it, as the bristles are all in different directions. I didn't misuse or mistreat the brush in any way. I usually love Elf brushes, but not this one

Rated 5 out of 5 by sillysheila from I don't use it for eyeliner I LOVE this brush. However, because I don't wear much eyeliner, I don't use it as advertised. I love this brush for eyebrows! I have pale, short, and thin eyebrows, and it's been a real pain trying to fill them in and still make them look natural. I was ready to give up. But this brush changed all of that! I use small, fine strokes to mimic individual hairs and my eyebrows look better than ever!
