I have 2 of these palettes in Day on the Beach, and Night on the Town. I use these palettes a lot. I have gotten many compliments on these shadows. I would repurchase them again, and I highly recommend them. They're a great value too!

I ordered three of these in Day on the Beach, Pretty Picnic, and Shopping Spree. I mostly bought them for the shadows, as I'd read that the blushes and lipsticks border on useless. FYI: I like neutrals, fairly sheer colors, and very natural looks. I'm also fairly new to makeup, so my judge of quality might be off.

In this regard, these palettes suited me perfectly. The shadows were decently pigmented - not impressive, but enough to be seen and to stay on, especially when I used primer. I wouldn't recommend them if you like your colors extremely bold. I liked the variety of colors between these three neutrals and didn't think that there was much duplication: while shades are similar, they have different finishes and undertones.

As mentioned, the lipcolors are awful. No pigmentation and barely visible, even with the darkest ones.

I was actually surprised by the blushes, specifically the one for Pretty Picnic. It looks fantastic - a rosy-bronze that I adore and will be using daily. Day on the Beach is too pale for me, and I haven't used Shopping Spree's yet.

The packaging with the case is great. I love that they fit in my purse/backpack for touch-ups.

For the price, I'm very satisfied and will be enjoying using them!

I bought these palettes in 'Day on the Beach', 'Night on the Town', and 'Happy Hour'.

Now, I'm not a big fan of crazy colours or anything too dark because I can never get them to look right on me, but I decided to take a step out of my safe zone and opt for different shadows. (But I still placated myself by also buying 'Day on the Beach', a nice natural palette!)

As others have stated, the matte eyeshadows are disappointing for some people. Personally, I'm not a fan of matte shadows, so this didn't bother me. They make my face incredibly dull-looking, especially with my dark eyes. I prefer the subtle shimmer in my eyeshadows as they add dimension and depth for me.

The shimmer shadows in these palettes did not let me down. They were extremely pigmented, although a little messy and flaky, but I adapted to the texture and made sure I was gentle when applying my brush.

I wore them all day, slept with my makeup still on (it's a terrible idea, bad for your skin... don't do it!) and when I woke up in the morning, my eyes looked just as great as they did the previous day!

It's highly recommended that you use some sort of primer or concealer before you put on the eyeshadows, as it gives them more staying power and you'll find that they don't wear off.

If you're curious about the blushes and lip glosses, though, they weren't anything to brag about. All of the lip glosses were incredibly sheer and didn't provide any colour. For me, this isn't an issue because I don't use lip gloss. The blush that came with the 'Night on the Town' palette was incredibly dark and it stained my skin, which is something that I don't mind because every blush I use tends to fade as the day goes on. It's probably the only blush of the three palettes that I'll use, but it was a bit on the streaky side. The 'Happy Hour' palette comes with a more shimmery blush, but it was too orange and too harsh for my complexion. Finally, my favourite palette, 'Day on the Beach' came with a very fairy set of lip glosses and matching blush. These are completely irrelevant to me, as they won't show up on someone of my skin colour. For girls with a lighter skin tone, I imagine they'd look quite lovely.

Overall, I enjoy these palettes. Don't be misled by the three star rating! Three stars is definitely enough for me, as I'll be purchasing 'Pretty Picnic' and 'Shopping Spree' when I get the chance.

I did not like these palettes when I first tried them. I used my normal eye primer and the shadows did not blend well and did not show up on my lid right. I could not imagine why these shadows recieved such good reviews. I was desperate to make them work. I decided to try them using the peach all over cover stick as my base. This time the shadows glided on and blended perfectly. They were very pigmented. If you use the right base, then you will get good results. I agree with the other reviewers that said that the lip colors are very sheer and that the blushes are awkward. I did not buy them for the lip or blush colors so I do not care.

I bought Day on the Beach and the colors are very pretty. About half are metallic, a quarter are matte, and the very light colors (light tan/white) are shimmery and sheer. I used primer underneath them and they really went on smooth. The lip colors are pretty, too, but wear lip balm underneath or else they will fade quickly. The blush was nice, but not as pigmented as it looks. I love this palatte, but it's so lame that you have to buy a case seperately! I have to store this in my cupcoard wrapped in paper towels so it doesn't get stale/wet. Oh well, it's still awesome.

it fits anywhere and you can take it anywhere, i purchase this as a gift for my mom and the palette i pick for her was spotted & sporty and she loved how the eyshadows made and ultra shimmery color with two diff colors. Since then she can't stop loving it.

I use this product for travel and for daily use. Nowadays, less is more. The last time I traveled, my ELF Beauty on the Go Pallettes disappeared from my suitcase. Well, I guess someone thought my ELF products were nice and expensive enough to risk removing from my bag. The airline offered to replace them and I agreed, but when I filled out the forms and included the prices, they were shocked at (a) how nice the products were, and (b) how inexpensive they were. Stealing them was a complement, I guess! Today I am re-ordering what I lost.

Getting back to the products, the Beauty on the Go pallettes are nice. I love the shadows, they are more on the creamy side that dry and powdery side. The lip creams are sheer amd light in texture. Some of the blush colors are a little weird, but they look OK with my skin tone (fair, brown hair and eyes). I use other ELF products in addition to these products, such as bronzers, primers, foundation, lipstick, blush, eye pencils, and mascara. It's nice to have so many options in one case when you travel or even for daily use at home. The case looks very high end and I like the fact that you can pick and choose the pallettes and interchange them. Also, the case is pretty sturdy - they travel well and the product does not get broken or damaged.

I can't believe how much pigment there is at this price. I bought MAC eyeshadow just two weeks ago for 5X the price and am MUCH happier with this elf product.

I have Day on the Beach and Night on the Town, and I like the both very much.
DOTB- Very pretty natural colors goes great on any skintone. Blush is very light pink and pretty, gives a natural looking flush without being overdone. Lip colors are nude but cute.
NOTT- You can get a smokey eye, natural smokey eye, or natural look with these shadows. Lip colors are decent and pretty. Blush, oh how i hate it! I'm fair and looks horrible on me but on others i'm sure it'd be pretty!
Only problem is the shadows are messy and powdery but the pigmentaion is decent, use a good primer, pat on the shadows and its perfect! Long lasting and doesnt crease.

I bought the palletes, Pretty Picnic, Shopping Spree, and Day on the Beach. I was really happy with how the blushes and bronzers went with my skin tone and how everything went on. I used them all whenever and they didnt irritate my skin at ALL ! The only down side was that there wasn't enough of the product for me ( probably because I used it so much! ) but over all I loved it !
