Hydrating Under Eye Primer is rated 4.2812 out of 5 by 32.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from It makes a difference At my age, my under-eye area can get a little crepe-y if I'm not careful, even if I use an eye cream. Now, I'll admit that I'm not sure exactly what a product like this is "supposed to do," and I hardly expected any miracles (which is a good thing, because I didn't get one). But I've discovered that a dab under my eyes *does* make a positive difference in the appearance and texture of my skin, whether I use it under concealer, or just dab a bit over a tinted moisturizer on a No-Makeup Day. Bottom line: I'm glad I discovered this, and I'll repurchase it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent I honestly bought this with far from high expectations. I just thought I'd take a stab in the dark and give it a whirl. I am glad I did. I have very dry skin, and a dry under eye area. I always find that my concealer with emphasize lines and wrinkles, all in a bad, bad way. When I applied this, I was pleasantly surprised. It was not greasy, it felt like a normal eye cream type of product. What makes this particularly good is that while its very smoothing, and non irritating it doesn't get shiny. Some primers just coat my skin and the product moves around it. This didn't happen and I went 16 hours with no touch up and still looked nice.?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! I was so happy I bought this product. ?As someone with dark circles, I need to apply concealer under my eyes, and this helped so much in preventing the concealer from looking cakey. ?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is one of my HG products I have extremely dry under eyes and eyelids and this is very hydrating and goes on like a dream. It is pale pink in color and brightens your eyes. I can't live without this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice primer ....But Unfortunately, after I started using it, it stopped working after only one use. ?The pump did not work when depressed. ?The company replaced it after ?I complained about the problem. ?The second one worked a little longer (maybe a total of 3-4 uses) and then it too stopped pumping. ?I continue to use it but I'm forced to take the pump off each time and hit it several times into the palm of my hand in order to get some of the product. ?I will not be reordering this product due to the pump defect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this stuff! I recently baught this stuff, I'm in my mid 30's and I have really bad under eye circles and I'm starting to get very fine lines under my eyes. Because of the very dark under eyes I need to use a lot of makeup to cover them and the makeup settles in to the lines. So I got this to be like a filler and it works like a charm my under eyes look and feel smoother so my my makeup no longer settles in to the lines.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing stuff. For those who are worried about mineral oil - STOP. Mineral oil's molecules are too big to penetrate the skin. It will not, and can not, hurt your skin whatsoever. It may have the potential to break you out, but it is a 0 on the comedogenic rating system. Now, as for this product - IT IS AMAZING. I have been running out of my eye cream and I find that I don't really need it anymore under my makeup, because this stuff is super hydrating and smoothing. It has a slight pink tint (that mostly disappears after it's rubbed in) which helps with brightening. It makes my concealer go on super smooth and stay on longer. I do find that it also makes it look far less dry and cakey, even when I use more. However, it doesn't do anything for creasing, but I don't even care. I'm actually fine with my concealer "creasing" (settling into lines), as I can guarantee that there is no product out there that will make your concealer "float" above your wrinkles...and if you're making any type of expression during your day, it's going to settle into those lines. Sorry.Anywho, love this stuff. Thought that ELF had discontinued it and was gonna start a riot. Keep it up!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great concept but it contains Mineral oil I'm in my early 40s so I love the idea of a hydrating under eye primer to help with fine lines, longevity of concealer etc....however mineral oil is not something that works well in the long run - especially with skin that is already aging. The other ingredients look great but to appeal to those that are sensitive to mineral oil (it's also clogging), I would suggest trying to remove anything that could have a long term aging effect as it defeats the purpose
