Lip Lock Pencil is rated 4.2935 out of 5 by 92.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works, but poor quality and bad packaging When I first opened it up, the whole stick fell out of the tube! I was really disappointed. I mean you get what you pay for, but I expected it to be actually usable. I never actually had a problem of my lipstick or lipgloss shifting around, only fading, so I'm not entirely sure if this product works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT! So glad I ordered this. I recently started trying bolder lip colors and noticed I had lots of color bleed on my lips. now that I have been using this NO color bleed!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works with OCC Lip Tar! I bought this specifically for OCC lip tar's. Since all lip tars have feathered on me(bad), I must say I was skeptical. I put a layer on outside my lips before I used my lip liner and lip tar. Then I put another layer outside my lips after they were both placed. Then I blended out the edge not touching mt lips. My lip tar stayed on all day, even after I ate. It did not feather one bit. It looked just as good as when I put it on 10 hours prior. This is a must have product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes my lipstick last longer I've never had anything like this. It makes my lips look smooth and makes my lipstick last longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from use it correctly and it is fantastic I keep reading reviews of this product and it amazes me how many people give it a bad rating because it is "a bad base for my lipstick. It slides off and feels drying." They obviously didn't read the instructions. Trace just outside your lips with this and your color won't budge. I love this and use it on my clients.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Okay this is going to be complicated Long story short: I bought it for the lips, but I keep it for the brows. It's awful for making my lip colors stay in place-- I actually noticed glosses that normally don't smudge ~unless I get careless~ starting to smudge a lot more, after I put this on. That was mighty counter-productive.All I was thinking at that point was, "There must be something this kid can do for me."So I tried it as an eyeshadow primer. Not even going to talk about that.THEN I tried it as a primer for my brow color. Glad I didn't have to throw it away because yes at least this does something right (for me).I fill in my eyebrows, but the color often moves around as the day goes by. Now I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but nothing has fallen off yet: Instead of applying it around my lips (as intended), I apply it directly on my eyebrows. It's the easiest thing. It makes all them devious hairs sit still and the color don't go nowhere. I would buy again and even recommend, should I discover that this is indeed a not-going-to-hurt-you way of using it... We shall see.As for the real purpose, it's doing nothing but mayhem around my lips good grief child.
